Tuesday Morning Women’s Bible Study

Our current study will finish on May 28.  The plan for meeting during the summer has been changed.  We will continue to meet during June and July in the Fellowship Center but rather than have a formal study, our time will be spent in prayer, conversation and lectio devina reading of scripture.  We will meet at 10:00 am and end no later than 11:30 am. If you have questions, please contact Clarene Shelley at 303-913-9586 or clarene.shelley(a)4Cs.church. We will return to our time of more formal study on August 6, 2024.

Friday Early Morning Women’s Group  (all ages invited!)

Michele Harrelson is leading the group that meets every Friday from 7 – 8 am (note time change for 5/31 through 8/9).

We will meet in the dining room downstairs (enter via the north doors).  Please call or text Michele prior to coming each week in case of summer schedule changes if, due to low attendance, we may decide to cancel a meeting.”  For the summer, we are taking a break from our study book “Heroes of the OT” and diving into 1 Peter in the Bible (beginning May 31).   Michele’s contact info – call church office 303-467-2020 x121 for Michele’s phone number or email tmmrh(a)comcast.net.

MomLife Summer Activities – Happy Summer Everyone!

Mark your calendar for a couple fun meet ups I have planned:

Kids of all ages and spouses if they have/can get the day off are welcome. This is a great way to invite a fellow neighbor, mom friend or someone you know who could use a church community.

June 26th @ 3pm – Ralston Central Park and Splash Pad

I’ll bring popsicles, add to the spread if you want!  If there’s inclement weather the backup plan is a meet up at the Denver Aquarium in the morning (I’ll email everyone if that is the case). https://www.arvadaco.gov/675/Ralston-Central-Park-Splash-Pad

August 21st @ 10 am – Evergreen Lake “Hike” and Scavenger Hunt

I love getting kids outside and I will have a little scavenger hunt activity for y’all cuz I’m nerdy like that. It’s not so much a hike as it is a nice walk (1.3 mile loop, handicap/stroller accessible).  Lunch in Evergreen after, if y’all are up to it.  Same inclement weather backup plan is a meet up at the Denver Aquarium in the morning (I’ll email everyone if that is the case).  https://dayhikesneardenver.com/evergreen-lake-trail/

Join us Monday evenings at 5:30 for a fun and energizing dance fitness party! All abilities welcome. Contact Karleen at KarleenQuackenbush(@)gmail.com with any questions.
